Full Coordination

  • This package is for the couple that wants the perfect wedding without all the stress. We will help you make all of your Pinterest dreams come alive. From the picking out the venue to picking out your florals, we are with you every step of the way.

    deposit required at time of booking $300

    • Includes 4 in person or virtual meetings (introductions, design, timeline check-in & final details)

    • A full venue walk through to finalize design & set-up.

    • Day of coordination up to 12 hours. Additional hours may be added with an additional fee.

    • A team of 2-3 (depending on event guest count)

    • Timeline creation and management.

    • Wedding vendor recommendations specific to your area.

    • Rehearsal dinner & ceremony assistance.

    • Go over all vendor contracts with you, so there are no surprises day of!

    • Vendor management. We handle guiding them to their area, giving them a timeline and ensuring they are cleaned up at the end of the night.

    • Fully setting up the ceremony & reception, down to the last detail!

    • We will assist in any venue transitions that take place throughout your event.

Day of Coordination

  • Don’t mind the planning, but actually want to enjoy your wedding? This is the perfect package for you. We will come in day of and ensure everything runs smoothly so you don’t have to think twice on your big day.

    • 8 hours of coordination services. Additional hours may be added with an additional fee.

    • A team of 2-3 people (depending on event guest count)

    • Full event set-up & clean up.

    • Manage wedding event timeline.

    • Vendor management. We handle guiding them to their area, giving them a timeline and ensuring they are cleaned up at the end of the night.

    • Ushering of guests at the ceremony.

    • Management of the ceremony. Ensuring music and wedding party is cued.

    • Transitioning the venue through the various stages of the wedding.

    • Assisting wedding party, guests and vendors with any issues that arise day of.

Ceremony or Reception Only

  • Foregoing the large party, but want your ceremony or elopement to be perfect..we’ve got you. Last minute or months in advance we will take care of everything and ensure your ceremony goes off without a hitch.

  • Want to a party celebrating your engagement, but don’t want your family and friends to have to do it? We will plan and put together the entire thing from start to finish!

  • Yes, our team would love to be apart of your event near or far. We will even coordinate your event for free if all of our travel fees are covered for the following locations: Hawaii, Southern California or any where outside of the US.

  • We run an annual sale on our services at the start of June. That being said, we do love an occasional surprise. Follow us on social and all sales/giveaways will be announced there first!
